By hour
Not what you take. When.
Four formulas, four clock times. A shopper standing in front of this shelf is usually asking which bottle — and the more useful answer is that three of these four do nothing at all if they land at the wrong hour.
HMB Gummies — 20 to 30 minutes before, and again within an hour of finishing.
Nitric Oxide — 45 to 60 minutes before, and no mouthwash in front of it.
DHM Drops — before the first drink, not the morning after.
HMB Drops — the long overnight stretch with no protein in it.
| The hour | Formula | Why the hour is the product | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| 20–30 min before | HMB Gummies The post-training dose is the one people skip, and it is the one the studies are built around. A dose and a dose, not a dose. |
20 to 30 minutes before you start, so circulating levels are up when the work begins — then again within an hour of finishing. | $13.99 |
| 45–60 min before | Nitric Oxide Taken at random it does close to nothing — which is the most common reason people report this category does not work. |
45 to 60 minutes before training, or before the activity you want it for. | $21.99 |
| Before the first drink | DHM Drops Alcohol is metabolised at a fixed rate and nothing accelerates it. What you can influence is everything around it, and timing is most of that. |
Before the first drink, or with it — then a second dose before bed, for the hours you are asleep. | $9.99 |
| A dropper before bed | HMB Drops Because you are asleep you cannot eat, and overnight is the longest stretch of the day without protein. This is a timing argument, not an exotic-ingredient argument. |
A dropper before bed, into the mouth rather than into a glass. | $19.99 |
By clock time, earliest first. A bottle appears once, at the hour its own instruction names. Where two bottles share an hour, the one with the narrower window is listed first — because a twenty-minute window and a two-dose evening are not the same kind of instruction.
How this index is built
Three facts decide the hour, and none of them is a preference.
What the ingredient needs in order to be absorbed, what the body is doing at the time, and whether the instruction is a single window or a twice-a-day rhythm.
- Why is one bottle a single window and another two doses?
- Because the same logic points in different directions. Nitric oxide has one window — before the session. DHM has two — before the first drink and before bed — because the second one covers the hours you are asleep.
- Why gummies and droppers instead of powder?
- Because the failure mode in this category is abandonment, not dosage. No shaker, no water, no mixing is a formulation decision aimed at week three, not week one.
- What is deliberately not here?
- No star ratings and no best-seller order. The other collections take the same four bottles and re-sort them by what the hour is for, and by whether the formula is a daily habit or an occasional one.
